At Kohanas, we want you to be happy with your children’s clothing purchase. If you are not satisfied, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return and obtain the return address. Return requests after 14 days may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Please send your parcel back with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of perfume, smoke, or other odors. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was made by us.
Exchanges and Refunds
For change of mind or sizing issues, we offer exchanges. Refunds are only available for faulty items or items sent incorrectly by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method and usually takes 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for customer input errors such as incorrect addresses or missing apartment/unit numbers. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout.
Order Cancellation
We do not cancel or refund any orders once the order has been placed and submitted on our website.
